The Hiawatha Valley SHRM is committed to advancing the human resource profession and the capabilities of all human resource professionals within our chapter to ensure that HR is an essential and effective partner in developing and executing organizational strategy.

Hiawatha Valley Society for Human Resource Management was chartered in March of 1998. Current membership includes over 60 Professionals in Goodhue County and beyond. Hiawatha Valley SHRM is an affiliate chapter of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Hiawatha Valley SHRM provides Human Resource Professionals with networking and educational opportunities.
